A driver was caught snoozing behind the wheel on a 
Kiki Dolas who recorded the video told officials she had been following the car for 15 minutes and evdEN eve NaKLiYAT honking before she eventually called 911.
The California Highway Patrol was dispatched to investigate.
The driver in that event was not found.
A voice in the video is heard saying: eVDeN eVE NaKLiYaT ‘Look at how dangerous that is. You guys I’m sorry that is too damn dangerous.
‘Sleeping and this car is driving you. Are you nuts?’
